| I started my company because I wanted to focus on delivering what companies actually need in terms of web services vs. what they are being sold.
Often, my customers already have programming staff or consultants to handle the web programming part, and it is better for the programmer to have me handle the web hosting for him, rather than be responsible for it himself. |
1. Never gouge the customer.
2. Focus on the Customer: It is so important to focus, focus, focus on what the customer is actually looking for. Too many focus on what they can do ("look! it does this!") rather than what the customer can do. It is good to remember that technology is a means to an end, not an end in itself. 3. Do it well, or not at all: self-explanatory, really. |
